Engineering PM Role
Engineering (40-50%):Cloud Infrastructure and Services:
Deployments/ Provisioning services in AWS/ Troubleshooting services.
Expertise in Kubernetes, AWSDevOps/MLOps: Lead the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for both software and machine learning models. Knowledge on Spark, Flynk, Ray (Good to have)Containerization and Orchestration: Manage and optimize containerized applications using Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to container orchestration and deployment.System Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot issues across the entire stack, from infrastructure to application and model
Gen AI Expertise: Good to have knowledge on Gen AI technologies
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and other technical experts to define requirements, review architecture, and ensure best practices are followed.
Program Management (50-60%):
Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of a portfolio of Data engineering programs, aligning them with overall business goals and a strategic roadmap.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for relevant stakeholders, including engineering leadership, product managers, and executive teams. Provide clear, concise, and regular updates on program progress, risks, and dependencies.
Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Drive the entire project lifecycle from initial concept and ideation through to launch and post-deployment monitoring.
Risk and Dependency Management: Proactively identify technical and logistical risks and bottlenecks. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Manage cross-team dependencies and resolve conflicts as they arise.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
