KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver and maintain high-quality thermal products and solutions. Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Oversee the design and development of electronics and software components for thermal solutions.

OU MUST HAVE


Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 5+ Experience in engineering supervision or management. 5+Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering engineering projects. Experience with agency-controlled products.
WE VALUE


Expertise in electronics design, software development, or electric heating design. Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering). Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
