Job Description

The Engineering Manager combines engineering leadership with hands-on involvement in machine design, process development, and equipment optimization.
You will manage a small team while driving innovation and supporting production in a high-mix manufacturing setting.
As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee day-to-day engineering operations while actively contributing to design, troubleshooting, and project execution.
This is a working manager role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to guide priorities and deliver results.

The ideal Engineering Manager is a hands-on engineering leader with strong mechanical aptitude and experience across multiple disciplines.
You should be comfortable managing priorities, mentoring team members, and working directly on design and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• 5+ years in engineering or manufacturing with leadership experience.
