Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour and must currently be enrolled in school

What You'll Be Working On:

Process Improvement in Action

Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement Support data collection and analysis to evaluate operational efficiency and performance Measure and validate the impact of improvement initiatives

Collaboration & Innovation

Partner with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement process enhancements Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency Help develop, document, and standardize new procedures and best practices

Quality & Performance Focus

Ensure all process improvements align with Reser's quality, food safety, and operational standards Learn how engineering decisions directly impact production, cost, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring to the Team

Currently pursuing a degree in

Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate ideas clearly Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
