Engineered Sales

sales strategist and technical consultant

What You will Do
Lead
outside sales activities
for pumps, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems.
Help design, select, and size equipment
to meet specifications and project goals.
Develop
detailed quotes and proposals
, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
Partner with internal teams to deliver
custom-engineered solutions
that exceed customer expectations.
Negotiate vendor pricing
, coordinate purchasing, and track deliveries and project timelines.
Maintain
accurate project budgets
, ensuring financial and operational success.
Troubleshoot
field issues
and support clients during startup, installation, and operation.
Who You Are
An
engineer with a sales mindset
, or an
experienced outside sales representative
with deep knowledge of mechanical or pump systems.
You are motivated, self-sufficient, and passionate about customer success.
You thrive in environments where

A strong relationship builder, who is able to overcome objections and deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications
5+ years
of experience in technical, mechanical, or industrial sales (required).
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a
technical field
preferred -- or equivalent hands-on experience in rotating or mechanical equipment sales.* Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Experience with
CRM software
for tracking clients and opportunities.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and organizational skills
.
Familiar with
OSHA safety standards
and best job site practices.
Valid driver's license
and clean driving record required.
Must pass a
pre-employment drug screening and background check
