Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and outgoing

Engagement Specialist

to join our Honolulu-based team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are passionate about promoting company culture, employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Client Relations, you will play a pivotal role in representing IFSH internally and externally.

Salary:

$45,000 - $48,000 annually

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, print materials, and events (including trade shows, newsletters, brochures, and website content) Proofread and ensure accuracy and consistency in all marketing content Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and media contacts to implement marketing initiatives Conduct outreach and engage potential employees through calls, events, and in-person interactions Strengthen client relationships through consistent engagement Lead employee engagement programs to build a positive and inclusive work environment Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy Assist with special projects, cultural initiatives, and event planning Organize, set up, and break down events, including trade shows, tournaments, community activities, and team-building programs Support additional projects that advance organizational goals

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and calendar management Basic knowledge of graphic design, printing, and media production processes Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent proofreading, copywriting, and grammar skills Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
