Position Overview

IFSH is looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, and communicative

Engagement Specialist

to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment and are motivated to support marketing, employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and client relationship initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Client Relations, you will play a key role in promoting IFSH's culture and brand both internally and externally.

Salary:

$45,000 - $48,000 per year

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, print, and events (including trade shows, newsletters, brochures, and website content) Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and media contacts to deliver marketing initiatives Recruit and engage potential employees through outreach, calls, and in-person interactions Strengthen and maintain client relationships through consistent engagement Lead employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support strategy Assist with special projects, culture initiatives, and event planning Organize, set up, and break down events, including trade shows, tournaments, community activities, and team-building events Support additional projects to help achieve organizational goals

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and calendar management Basic understanding of graphic design, printing, and media processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent proofreading, copywriting, and grammar skills Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
