We are looking for experienced Systems Engineers to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer in a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience. We are seeking system engineer support for enhancing, implementing, and delivering the existing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution to the enterprise, across multiple complex environments (domains). This is a challenging and high visibility program for the customer. The team will collaborate with internal teams to develop and deploy a modern authentication strategy and roadmap.

Required Skills and Education

Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with a minimum of 6 years\' experience. A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree is preferred. The selected candidate will fulfill the following tasks:

• Building on the existing RSA Multi-Factor Authentication
• (MFA) solution to enhance authentication services across multiple domains and fabrics.
• Extending the existing RSA MFA solution to enhance authentication services across multiple domains and fabrics.
• Providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for the MFA solution.
• Designing and delivering a comprehensive communication plan, to include a distribution process, for rolling out the MFA capability to the workforce across multiple fabrics.
• Creating and publishing artifacts such as internal informational articles or frequently asked questions (FAQ\'s)
• guides.
• Revise and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Revise and maintain system configuration documentation.
• Revise and maintain infrastructure build out documentation.
• Create and maintain Test Plan documentation.
• Create and maintain deployment strategy documentation.
• Obtain Authority to Operate (ATO) and maintain ATO.
• Follow the Sponsor\'s Risk Management Framework Steps.
• Support Sponsor meetings and working groups.
• Attend weekly status meetings.
• Participate in the program level Support Group Monthly meetings.
• Participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Engineering Review Boards (ERBs) and other meetings
• associated with the MFA project.
• Transfer programmatic and technical information to other project teams and the Sponsor.
• Comply with IT governance, architectural standards, and Sponsor guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience with the security authorization process to achieve system ATO.
• Demonstrated experience with Cross Domain Solutions that transfer data between networks operating at different security levels.
• Demonstrated experience with DevOps Practices and ability to engineer within an agile framework.
• Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor\'s policies, directives, and standards.
• Demonstrated experience designing authentication and authorization security solutions.
• Demonstrated experience implementing authentication and authorization security solutions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering authentication and authorization security solutions.
• Demonstrated, experience securing and hardening systems with Multi-factor capabilities like Duo security, Yubikey or RSA SecurelD.
• Demonstrated experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,
• Demonstrated experience with bash or PowerShell scripting.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in two (2) or more of the following areas: Network, host, cloud, data, or application security in multiple operating system environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with operating system security using Windows or Linux.
• Demonstrated hand-on experience with databases, LDAP and directory services.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience working with IP networking, and networking protocols.
• Demonstrated experience understanding security related technologies including encryption, IPsec, PKI, VPNs, firewalls, proxy services, DNS, electronic mail and access lists.
• Demonstrated experience working with Internet, web, application, and network security techniques.
• Demonstrated experience developing documentation to meet security requirements.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience creating test plans.
• Demonstrated experience prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders and customers within multi-tier organizational structure.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing infrastructure as code to deliver core infrastructure services.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Windows Core services.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced proficiency with Active Directory and integration with Active Directory.
