Collaborate with the Energy Manager to identify and pursue rebates, incentives, and demand-response opportunities through Eversource and other regional utility programs. Develop financial analyses for proposed energy projects, verifying return on investment (ROI) and tracking realized savings post-implementation. Support measurement and verification (M&V) for completed efficiency projects to ensure sustained energy and cost performance.
Decision Support and Collaboration -- 15%

Serve as the primary source of verified energy data for Facilities, Finance, and the Sustainability Institute. Provide data-driven insights to support the Energy Manager in procurement timing, efficiency project selection, and operational dispatch. Coordinate with the Building Automation Systems Analyst and central utilities to align operational controls with economic and performance goals.
Reporting and Benchmarking -- 10%

Develop recurring dashboards, monthly and quarterly reports, and long-term performance benchmarks to support Facilities and sustainability objectives. Contribute to UNH's greenhouse gas inventory and other institutional reporting needs.
Student Engagement and Mentorship -- 5%
