Our Energy Efficiency team goes directly into homes to help reduce energy costs, improve comfort, and support household stability. Every project you complete helps neighbors live safer, healthier, and more affordable lives.

What You'll Do:

(Duties include, but are not limited to):

Install weatherization materials to reduce energy loss Install windows, doors, and trim Work in crawlspaces and attics to seal air leaks Use required safety equipment, including respirators Remove and properly dispose of debris created during weatherization work

We are seeking team members who are:

Schedule:

Full-time (32 hours per week) Monday-Friday

No nights or weekends

Wage:

$21-$25 per hour (DOE)

Education:

High school diploma or GED

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test Ability to be fit-tested for a respirator (no beard)

Willingness to travel to North Idaho every other week (hotel and per diem provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
