We're Hiring: Energetic Cafe Leads!

Are you a coffee-loving go-getter who thrives on great vibes and even better espresso? We're looking for a motivated and energetic cafe lead to join our growing team and help take our cafe to the next level!

What we're looking for:

Minimum

2 years of barista experience

-- you know your way around an espresso machine, a milk jug, and can handle a line of cups in a jiffy! A natural

leader and motivator*who can bring out the best in a team.
Someone who

loves great coffee,

great service, and a bit of

organized chaos(in the best way). Ready to jump in, make things happen, and

grow with us*!
Leadership

experience is requiredfor this position

What you'll do:

Lead and support our awesome cafe crew. Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes (ordering, day to day management, quality control ensuring various aspects of operations are functioning optimally) Bring energy, creativity, and community spirit to everything you do.
