Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Min = $20.95

Mid = $26.19

Max = $31.43


Summary:



The Endoscopy Technician supports physicians and nurses with the preparation and set up of specialized procedures and equipment, anticipates instrument needs intra procedure and assists the physician during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The Endo Tech assists in high risk procedures which may be highly technical and require specialized accessories and equipment. The Tech maintains and sets supply levels for endoscopy area and procedures rooms, assists with emergent transportation needs. This individual independently maintains quality control documentation records for equipment and/or reprocessing, maintains orders on all special items, adequate par levels, and special request and needs.



Responsibilities:



Sterilize the endoscope and other equipment before each procedure.


Assists in prepping room for the next patient.


Assists other members of team with cleaning of room.


Maintains supplies and stocks rooms.


Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:

2+ years related experience Education: High School / GED Equiv LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant BLS (AHA)
