Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Encapsulation Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating encapsulation equipment to produce high-quality nutraceutical products. This role requires adherence to strict quality standards, safety protocols, and efficient production processes. Experience in lean manufacturing, CGMP compliance, and materials handling is highly valued to ensure smooth operations within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Operate encapsulation machinery to fill capsules with precise dosages according to product specifications. Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime. Ensure all production activities comply with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and safety regulations. Assist in the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of encapsulation equipment to ensure optimal performance. Handle materials safely using appropriate warehouse and materials handling procedures, including forklift operation if certified. Perform quality checks on finished capsules, documenting results accurately. Support packaging operations by preparing finished products for shipment and labeling as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to laboratory and manufacturing cleanliness standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, laboratory staff, and warehouse personnel to meet production goals.

Qualifications



Prior experience in manufacturing production preferred, especially in encapsulation or packaging roles. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and CGMP compliance is advantageous. Experience operating machinery such as encapsulators or related equipment is Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Basic understanding of machining or materials handling processes is preferred. Hours are Monday-Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
