Helping those with disabilities/employment barriers learn and perform job duties Help with barrier identification and ideas to overcome them Ensure partnered employers have great employees Assist Thrive consumers in their roles so that they can "Thrive" in community employment Helping consumers build job skills Assist in resume completion and interview preparation Assist in conducting job searches and completing applications Marketing and communication with community businesses

Candidates for this position should have a bachelor's degree or commensurate experience, preferably in human services, sociology, psychology, education, or a related field. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete all professional development standards required by the State of Iowa to be employed in a Community Rehabilitation Provider setting within the required timelines. Reliable transportation is required.
