Description

:
Serve as a supportive employment specialist to individuals receiving services. Act as an interpreter to assist in family education to help members better understand and relate to individuals living with a mental illness. Assist individuals being served by the combat stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness. Provide ongoing assessment. Carries out the services of the IPS Supported
Employment program by assisting clients to obtain and maintain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with supported employment, customized employment, working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Experience with electronic health record is a plus. Community Outreach is a plus.

Entry Qualifications

:
Bachelor's degree in a social service-related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of experience in a social service-related field OR High school diploma or GED AND Three years of experience in a social service-related position OR One year of experience at the lower-level Social
