A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate (1-4 years) to join its growing team in South Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on diverse employment matters while advising businesses and organizations across multiple industries.
What You'll Do

• Handle cases involving Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA claims, as well as related state counterpart litigation.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts and before the EEOC, DOL, and other administrative agencies.
• Provide human resources counseling and compliance training to employers.
• Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and agreements.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys across offices in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Experience handling administrative, federal, and state-level employment matters.
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar (required).
• Strong academic credentials and professional integrity.
