We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team, bringing expertise across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal counsel, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in various proceedings. Responsibilities
Advise clients on a wide range of legal issues including estate planning, family law, immigration law, environmental law, and tribal law & regulations.
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and legal opinions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, pleadings, and other correspondence with precision and clarity.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations to advocate for their rights effectively.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous records of all activities and correspondence.
Stay current with changes in laws and regulations affecting practice areas such as securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, patent law, and landlord-tenant law.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure cohesive legal strategies that align with organizational goals.
Requirements
Degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
Proven experience in multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, immigration law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation, and patent law.
Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms for comprehensive legal analysis.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise legal drafting tailored to various audiences.
Demonstrated negotiation skills capable of resolving complex disputes efficiently.
Legal administrative experience managing case files, court filings, deadlines, and client communications effectively.
Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis is essential for supporting case development.
