Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for ensuring guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at Empire Pass.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check guests and owners in and out of Empire properties


Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out for our guests and owners


Answer the phone in a professional manager and transfer calls as appropriate


Post folio charges, perform folio reconciliation, and create shift reports


Assist with owner and guest requests and proactively solve guest problems


Provide guests with directions and activity recommendations


Concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities


Assist in coordinating transportation for guests


Drive guests locally in the company vehicle


Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure


Perform residence inspections prior to guest arrival and after departure


Sell lift tickets, shovel guest decks, and assist guests with luggage


Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of Deer Valley and Park City area preferred


Must be available to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays


Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.


Hold a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles


Must be able to stand/walk for entirety of shift

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:

Flex Year Round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hours

PAY RATE

$20.00 per hour
