Job Summary
The Emergency Services Assistant Manager provides emergency behavioral health-related crisis service response for all of Lamoille County (also covering the towns of Greensboro, Stannard, Woodbury, Craftsbury, and Hardwick for child and adolescent emergencies). The Assistant Manager would assist the ES Manager in providing service, support, and training of MCT staff, creating work schedules, and representing the program at local and state-wide meetings.

Education/Experience
Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3-5 years of experience.
Preferred: Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
License/Certifications
Required: Must be able and willing to obtain designation as a Qualified Mental Health Professional by the State of Vermont. Must hold a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and registration; also required to have a reliable vehicle for use at work.
Preferred: Licensed or rostered as a LICSW, LCMHC, LADC, or other health care license.
