We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Registration Tech / Emergency Room Front Desk Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing registration processes, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Register patients or clients by collecting necessary information accurately and efficiently.

3. Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments or fees as required.

4. Checking in patients during

urgent or emergency visits.

5. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate individuals.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

7. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

9. Follow established protocols and procedures for patient confidentiality, HIPAA compliance and EMTALA guidelines.

10. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.

11. Scanning and uploading documents.

12. Medical Record Requests / Complete Affidavits and deposition questionnaire.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time:

12-hour shifts, with a requirement of

three (3) shifts per week

PRN (As Needed):

Minimum of

two (2) 12-hour shifts per month

, with the option to work up to

three (3) shifts per week

based on availability and facility needs.

Located in the Round Rock Texas, the Free Standing Emergency Room equipped to treat both minor and major medical emergencies for children and adults of all ages in a safe, stress-free setting. We have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.

Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour Day Shift

Pay: $20 per hour for Night Shift

Pay: $20 per hour for weekend
