Chick-fil-A Merrimon Avenue is seeking

In conjunction with the growth of your daily operational capacity, you will take direct ownership of one of the key areas of the business while receiving intentional coaching, leadership opportunities, and continuous learning experiences.

What You'll Do:
Lead and develop high-performing teams
Create a culture of fun, care, and excellence
Drive operational consistency and guest experience
Implement systems that improve efficiency and business results
Monitor and elevate guest satisfaction
Steward resources through effective cost-control systems
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading and developing others
Strong communication & people skills
Humble, optimistic, growth-minded
Organized, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Restaurant experience helpful but not required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (minimum)
35-45 hours/week
Availability Mon-Sat between 6am-11pm
