Position Summary:

In this position, you will be based at our laboratory in Edmond, OK, Under the coordination of the Laboratory Director/Lead Embryologist, this position is responsible for assisting with daily ICSI lab procedures, including semen preparation, embryo culture ana cryopreservation. The role requires both individual contributions and teamwork to support lab operations while ensuring tasks are completed within production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare workspace and equipment for accurate assessment and safe handling of oocytes, semen, and embryos. Ensure all materials and supplies are available for routine ICSI procedures based on production forecasts. Assist with calibration and maintenance of lab equipment, including incubators, lab hoods, centrifuges, nitrogen tanks and microscopes. Prepare materials such as ICSI culture dishes, ICSI media and plates, oocyte maturation tubes, and embryo media. Assist with embryo loading for transfer. Support all aspects of vitrification. Maintain semen and embryo inventory. Type and send production reports. Follow established safety regulations. Collect oocytes and semen and deliver embryos to clients when necessary.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Associate or bachelor's degree in biology, Animal Science, or a related field preferred. Technical and scientific knowledge of ICSI and embryology. Experience in a laboratory or equivalent production environment. Previous experience in the biotechnology sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) is beneficial.
