Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create high-quality custom designs on various garments. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment, contributing to the creation of finished products that meet our quality standards. Prior experience in garment construction, sewing, or manufacturing is preferred, and warehouse experience is a plus. The Embroidery Operator plays a vital role in ensuring timely production and maintaining the integrity of each embroidered item.

Duties

Operate embroidery machines to produce custom designs on garments and textiles with precision and attention to detail Set up and adjust embroidery equipment according to specific design requirements Monitor machine operation during production runs, troubleshooting issues as they arise Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring designs are correctly aligned and free of defects Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of embroidery machinery to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures throughout the production process Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and materials needed for embroidery tasks

Skills

Experience with garment construction and familiarity with sewing techniques Proficiency in operating sewing machines or embroidery equipment Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to textile production Warehouse experience is advantageous for managing supplies and materials efficiently Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control Ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly and effectively Good organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Prior experience in sewing or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required
