Responsibilities

Set up and operate embroidery machines efficiently, ensuring accurate alignment and stitching of designs on various garments and textiles Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards Prepare embroidery files and patterns using specialized software, ensuring correct sizing, placement, and color matching Conduct routine maintenance on embroidery equipment to prevent downtime and extend machine lifespan Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring each piece meets quality specifications before packaging Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Maintain organized records of production runs, machine maintenance logs, and quality checks Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members

Skills

Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric handling techniques Experience operating sewing machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred Knowledge of sewing techniques and textile finishing processes Familiarity with embroidery software and pattern design is a plus Ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly and effectively Warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory management and workflow coordination Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality control Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
