Job Summary:
We are seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines in a warehouse setting. Your primary duty will be to fabricate and embroider garments according to specifications.

Duties:
- Operate machines to embroider various garments
- Set up machines by selecting appropriate needles, threads, and fabrics
- Learn to digitize basic designs
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper stitching and quality control
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator preferred but not neccassary
- Proficiency in operating sewing machines and other relevant equipment
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their properties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn
