You will own the SMS and Push Notification channels as well at the triggered and transactional email programs. Responsible for generating traffic to the Torrid website via email, SMS and push. Also responsible for coming up with strategies to optimize performance, come up with A/B testing plans, and other similar initiatives.

What You\'ll Do:

• Own and manage the triggered and trandactional email programs for Torrid, project managing from ideation to deployment
• Own the SMS and push notification channels for Torrid, project managing from ideation to deployment
• Work with email manager and other internal teams to plan calendars, keeping calendar up to date at all times
• Build creative briefs and submit them via Wrike
• Work with internal creative and copywriting teams to ensure emails, SMS and push notifications are aligned with the brand and current promotions
• Work with external agency in getting assets to them in a timely manner and ensuring all details of sends are correct
• Work with external agency and internal CRM team to determine list segmentation and ensure audiences are correct
• Collaborate with internal teams in robust QA process ensuring all emails and messages deploy error free
• Handle day to day promotional changes to include updating creative briefs, the email calendar and keeping partners in the loop
• Determine testing and segmentation strategies and lead implementation
• Work with analytics team to determine email productivity and ways to optimize
• Recommend new ideas and innovations to grow and improve site/store traffic and revenue while optimizing contact strategies for overall file health..

What You\'ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing and SMS/Push notification experience.
• Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred

Salary $67,754 - $75,341.
