About the Role
Kris Krohn Companies is seeking a skilled Email Marketer with strong HubSpot experience to support ongoing campaigns, build automations, and drive measurable results across Kris Krohn Real Estate and NexGen Steel. This is a contractor role--ideal for a highly capable marketer who can take ownership of HubSpot campaigns, deliver strong copy, and operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage email campaigns inside HubSpot for multiple brands.
Create automated workflows and nurture sequences that support sales goals and lead funnels.
Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy (nurtures, newsletters, promos, event sequences, etc.).
Manage lists, segmentation, and deliverability inside HubSpot.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
A/B test and optimize subject lines, layout, send times, and messaging.
Coordinate with internal teams on timing, messaging, and campaign objectives.

Email Open Rates
Click-Through Rates (CTR)
Email-Generated Leads & Conversions
Qualifications
Freelance or contractor experience in digital/email marketing.
Deep working knowledge of HubSpot, including automations and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to produce clean, effective email copy.
Strong understanding of email best practices and deliverability.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
Access to own equipment, tools, and workspace.
Preferred Experience
Background in real estate, B2B, or high-ticket sales funnels.
Experience with large segmentation lists, event promotions, and multi-brand campaigns.
Strong understanding of CRM management.
Compensation
$50,000-$60,000 per year (contractor equivalent), depending on experience and workload.
This is a contractor position with flexible hours and scope based on project needs.
