Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is looking for a

Divisional Email Marketing Specialist

with 3 years of marketing manager experience. The ideal candidate needs to have a deep understanding of CRM systems and email marketing; must be able to manage customer databases, segment audiences, and create targeted email campaigns to drive guest engagement and loyalty. Responsibilities:
Plan, design and execute Lettuce Entertain You (LEYE) email marketing program Collaborate with corporate and restaurant marketing leadership to create email marketing campaigns Create, write, direct, review and approve email content and collaborate with designers on creative briefs Write copy both individually and in collaboration with the divisional marketing team Collaborate with data analysts to develop and implement personalization strategies to segment and target for email campaigns Work closely with restaurant, divisional and brand marketing managers on initiatives Manage and ensure compliance with all state and country email laws and regulations as required Track and analyze both direct and interactive email marketing campaigns Model and promote teamwork across all teams Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 10 pounds

Qualifications:
