Regular Full Time
Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements:Starting wage of $20.40hr.
Flexible Full-time availability preferred, rotating weekends. Store hours from: Mon - Fri 0530 - 2130, Sat/Sun 0930-1830. Closing shift availability required.
Excellent attention to detail
Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Previous retail supervisory experience preferred

THIS POSITION IS AT THE EXPRESS ON ELLSWORTH AFB.THIS IS A RFT MANAGER POSITION 35-40 HOURS PER WEEK AND SHIFTS WILL INCLUDE DAYS EVENINGS,WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE AS SCHEDULE IS BASED ON THE OPERATIONAL NEED OF THE FACILITY. IF APPLICABLE FOR RFT ONLY, BENEFITS INCLUDE: VACATION AND SICK LEAVE ACCRUAL AND RETIREMENT PLAN PARTICIPATION. OPTIONAL BENEFITS ARE: MEDICAL, DENTAL, 401K, LIFE INSURANCE. DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE BASE ACCESS TO APPLY AN ID WILL BE ISSUED WITH LIMITED BASE PRIVILEGES. MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 21 TO BE CONSIDERED.

Performs other duties as assigned.
