Job Description

ATC is looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to serve as an Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Analyst. This individual will provide support to a collaborative team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting non-communication electronic signals from a wide variety of sources.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing and interpreting electronic signals from various emitters, such as radar and communication systems. Using specialized tools and technical knowledge, to perform discovery and tuning analysis on signals of interest. Conducting technical ELINT research for purposes of identifying, evaluating and incorporating new systems into multiple databases, building new databases and updating existing databases. Using multiple tools to interpret ELINT data. Manage and database collected intelligence, ensuring data is organized and accessible.

Requirements:

An Associates degree or higher in a related field, such as Intelligence Studies, or 8+ years of relevant experience. 5 years of work-related experience in a technical field may be considered in lieu of degree. Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a collaborative team where attention to detail is critical to mission success Must possess organized, logical thought process skills, exhibit a strong work ethic, and the ability to acquire and retain the requisite knowledge for operational support Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with members of a collaborative team, government leadership and inter-agency counterparts. Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite). Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with ability to get a TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current CI Poly. Academic or work-related ELINT experience. Experience utilizing specialized tools to support intelligence missions. Technical knowledge in RF theory and signal characterization.
