Job Description
EXPERIENCED Elevator Technicians are welcome to discuss starting pay with Owner and it is based on your years of experience and what products you have installed and serviced.
DO NOT apply for this job if you are a Job Hopper, changing jobs frequently. Also, do not apply if you are making more than the $21/hr starting pay for this Trainee position - having no experience, you cannot negotiate your pay.
MONDAY- FRIDAY, 8:00 a.m. start time, 90 DAY REVIEW and RAISE IF WARRANTED.
BONUS PAID AT SIX MONTHS.
Skill Requirements:
Mechanically inclined, experienced with power and hand tools.
Basic knowledge of residential 110 electrical wiring
Good communicator willing to learn
Must Haves:
History of Job Stability
Clean driving record for the last 3 years
No felonies in background
On Time and Dependable with positive attitude
Teamwork Mentality
Adherence to all safety codes, requirements and company policies at all times
Ability to minimally overnight if job site is more than 1.5 hours away from Cincinnati. Hourly pay increases for jobs requiring overnighting.
Job Duties:
On the job training to install and service home elevators and stairlifts
Help deliver equipment to job sites and begin installations with other technicians
Contribute to professional standards of Custom Home Elevator & Lift Co Inc
Work with and understand troubleshooting of basic electrical systems
