Calvary Academy is a new Christian microschool launching in Fall 2026 with a vision to cultivate devoted disciples of Christ who are curious, compassionate, and grounded in truth. We are seeking teachers who desire to invest deeply in students; spiritually, academically, and personally, while partnering with families. Calvary Academy is an outreach ministry of Calvary Chapel Morgantown.

Responsibilities
Teach core subjects using a Christ-centered, academically rich curriculum
Shepherd students through daily routines, modeling Christlike character
Build strong relationships with families in a spirit of partnership
Incorporate nature studies, hands-on activities, and small-group learning
Participate in staff prayer, development, and community-building
Contribute to the overall mission and culture of Calvary Academy
Qualifications
Prior teaching experience preferred (classroom, homeschool, co-op, or ministry-based experience all considered)
Strong Christian character and alignment with our mission and values
Ability to create a nurturing, orderly, and joy-filled classroom environment
Willingness to be trained in our instructional models and school practices
Bachelor's degree preferred; alternative pathways considered for exceptional candidates
