Elementary School Teacher

The Elementary School Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and providing effective supervision to students in accordance with the school's educational philosophy and curriculum. The role focuses on fostering academic growth, social development, and positive behavior while supporting students' individual needs and abilities.

The teacher will plan and implement lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum, assess and monitor student progress, and maintain accurate academic and behavioral records. They will create a supportive and structured learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a love of lifelong learning.

Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, attending grade-level and staff meetings, and participating in faculty committees as required. The teacher will communicate regularly with parents through conferences and reports, and make timely referrals for students requiring additional support.

The role also involves supervising students during class time, transitions, recess, and school activities; supporting extracurricular and after-school programs; and actively promoting a positive image of the school. Teachers are expected to adhere to school policies, uphold professional standards, respect cultural and religious values, and engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and in-service programs.

Additional duties may be assigned by school leadership as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
