Position: Elementary Targeted Services Coordinator - Weaver - 25-26

Work Schedule: After School up to 10 hours/week

Required Qualifications:

+ Valid MN teaching license in elementary education for grades K-5
+ Experience in planning, implementing, and analyzing formative and summative assessments.
+ Ability to demonstrate, model, and coach effective research-based instructional strategies.
+ Excellent interpersonal/communication/collaboration skills.
+ Ability to work with teachers individually in different content areas.

Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate courses and registration
+ Ability to complete tasks by due dates
+ Communicate with families and staff
+ Collaborate with teachers to create Continuous Learning Plans (CLP's)
+ Supervision of students and staff during school hours
+ Scheduling personnel
+ Provide administrative support to the Targeted Services team (entering enrollments and registration)
+ Collaborate/communicate with Targeted Services office, building Admin and building Office Coordinator
+ Other duties as assigned
