$22/hour | Technical Role | 7 days on / 5 days off schedule
The Role
We're looking for an Electronic Technician to maintain and troubleshoot equipment that keeps our operations running smoothly. You'll work hands-on with technical systems, follow maintenance schedules, and help improve efficiency through data tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
This isn't just turning wrenches -- you'll use computerized maintenance systems daily, analyze equipment performance, and contribute ideas to reduce downtime and costs.
What You'll Do
Daily Maintenance
Perform scheduled maintenance on assigned equipment according to reliability-centered maintenance strategies
Use our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log work orders, parts used, and time spent
Track equipment movements, maintenance history, and performance data
Follow standard work procedures and operational guidelines
Problem-Solving & Improvement
Participate in failure investigations when equipment goes down
Help identify ways to reduce maintenance downtime and turnaround time
Support cost-saving projects like planned repair and parts reuse
Contribute to initiatives that improve asset utilization and team productivity
Documentation & Compliance
Record all materials, supplies, and labor costs accurately in business systems
Maintain compliance with product line standards
Keep detailed maintenance history for all equipment
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
2-year IT/Computer degree
OR
equivalent on-the-job training
Skills
Comfortable using computers and basic software (Microsoft Office, CMMS systems, etc.)
Ability to work with multimedia and digital maintenance tools
Strong attention to detail for documentation and data entry
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Schedule & Availability
Shift Pattern:
7 days on / 5 days off rotation
On-call requirement:
Available 24/7 during your 7-day work period (no calls between 11 PM - 5 AM)
This schedule offers extended time off but requires flexibility during work periods
Compensation
$22.00 per hour
Overtime available
Consistent schedule with predictable rotation
