About the Role
We are hiring an Electronics Repair Technician to support a North American technical services operation specializing in the repair, calibration, and testing of electrical test and measurement equipment. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on diagnostics, component-level repair, and functional testing in a controlled service environment.
The successful candidate will work with specialized test equipment and follow established procedures to ensure product quality, accuracy, and compliance with global service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic instruments
Complete component-level repairs (surface mount and through-hole)
Conduct functional testing using digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and computer-based test systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics for analog and digital circuits
Accurately document work performed using electronic work orders and test records
Support calibration and metrology-related activities in accordance with ISO standards
Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality, safety, and turnaround objectives
Required Qualifications
Associate degree (AAS) or equivalent in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Exposure to electrical test equipment used in
low-, medium-, or high-voltage
applications Ability to diagnose and repair electronics at the component level Proficiency using electronic test equipment such as DVMs and oscilloscopes Strong computer skills for documentation and data entry (ERP, CRM, or similar systems) Ability to read and understand electrical schematics Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Must be a U.S. citizen (required for work in certain regulated facilities) Ability to safely lift or move up to 40 poundsNice to Have
Experience with calibration or metrology principles Familiarity with ISO-controlled service environments or quality systems

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
