As an Electronics Lab Technician, you will be responsible for leading engineering lab activities, including building test setups, gathering materials, and performing testing. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring product quality, improving processes, supporting research and development efforts, and providing accurate data for decision-making.







What You'll Do



Collaborate closely with test engineers, developers, and cross-functional teams to execute tests on prototypes and other experimental units related to product development Responsible for assembling, maintaining, and operating in-house designed test rigs, stands and fixtures. Execute tests, provide data and results to stakeholders, identify functional problems and recommend solutions. Conduct manual QA, regression, and integration testing to validate software/hardware. Diagnoses and resolve simple to complex problems, both at the system level and the component level, affecting electrical and electronic systems using a variety of tools, devices, software, equipment and instrumentation. Implement 5S+ principles to ensure a clean, safe, and productive laboratory environment

Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Effective communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Fundamental understanding of electrical and mechanical testing procedures Familiarity with electrical test equipment and fundamentals Strong component-level troubleshooting skills, using equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.

Required Qualifications



Associate's in Technical Engineering or a related technical field 2+ years of relevant testing experience Experience with all manner of general laboratory equipment (data acquisition, multimeter, oscilloscope, analog and digital meters, and similar) Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams. Wire harness preparation and crimping techniques PCB assembly and soldering (Through-hole and surface-mount components)

Pay Range:


25.60 - 38.40
