Incumbent in this position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing all CCTV, access control and other related electronic systems.
Minimum Requirements:
Thorough understanding of the principles of "Electronic Theory"
Ability to use manual and/or power tools related to installation in new construction and/or old construction in a low-voltage environment
Ability to read and follow installation drawings and read blueprints
Ability to work in high areas using both ladders and aerial lifts
Basic computer and mathematical skills
Ability to remain calm under stressful situations by analyzing, prioritizing, and using sound judgment to resolve issues
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
Ability to lift 50 pounds
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years' experience as an electronic technician
Valid motor vehicle operator's license
Additional Requirements:
On-call status after six-month training period
