Key Responsibilities:

Skillfully use mechanical tools in the Quality department for efficient task completion. Utilize the Quality Response System and other management platforms efficiently. Handle the rework of items from the non-conforming warehouse, ensuring excellent execution and timeliness. Address and resolve non-conformances in materials to prevent operational setbacks. Operate a range of material handling devices, enhancing operational efficiency. Engage in thorough diagnostics and evaluations of products. Support a collaborative, communicative team environment for enhanced productivity. Follow rigorous safety protocols, ensuring a safe workspace for all. Utilize 5S principles for enhanced workflow and workspace cleanliness daily. Perform additional tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Qualification Requirements:

Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience level of 2+ years or equivalent in education and experience in a similar field. Prior experience with electro-mechanical parts is an asset. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and diagnosis is preferred. Proficiency in understanding electrical and mechanical properties and measurement units. Mechanically inclined with the ability to handle various tools effectively. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proven experience working in a team-oriented environment. Strong skills in preparing and managing routine reports. Excellent communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written capabilities. Exercising a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. * Effective time management to meet strict deadlines.
