As our Electro-Mechanical Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our inside sales function--supporting quotes, shepherding orders, and translating technical details into clear answers for customers. Familiarity with electro-mechanical or subsea solutions is a plus, but enthusiasm for technology and outstanding organization are what matter most.
Core Impact

  • Sales Support: Build accurate quotes, process orders end-to-end, and share product details and updates on time.
  • Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries; deliver exceptional service while addressing technical questions.
  • Product Mastery: Develop working knowledge of our electro-mechanical portfolio and subsea technologies.
  • Account Management: Maintain clean, current account records and ensure data integrity.
  • CRM & Reporting: Update customer information in HubSpot, track pipeline activities, and generate useful reports.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate closely with logistics and inventory to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Problem Solving: Partner with engineering and operations to resolve technical challenges for customers.
  • Sales Initiatives: Support lead generation and perform thoughtful follow-ups with prospects.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and procurement to keep customers informed and satisfied.
What You'll Bring
  • Excellent organization and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HubSpot CRM, and ERP tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; capable of explaining technical information clearly.
  • Detail orientation for data accuracy, order entry, and reporting.
  • Analytical, solution-focused mindset to troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborative spirit across sales, engineering, production, and procurement.
  • Familiarity with electro-mechanical products or the subsea industry is a plus.
Preferred Background
  • Technical or industrial sales experience.
  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems or subsea technologies.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required).
  • 4+ years in sales support or inside sales, ideally in a technical environment.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
  • Bonus: Competitive salary plus bonus structure
