We are seeking multiple Assembly Technicians to contribute to our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling components, maintaining a clean workspace, and operating material handling equipment. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will be critical to our success.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized assembly area, adhering to all FOD (Foreign Object Debris) requirements.
Assemble, fit, build, and disassemble various assemblies and components, including rotors and stator cores.
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes to move materials and components.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools like micrometers and gauges to ensure accurate assembly.
Contribute to experimental work, alterations, and repairs in the weld area as needed.
Stack laminations and combine them with other components to construct stators or rotors, using presses, clamps, and fixtures.

Required Skills
High School diploma or equivalent, supplemented by training and/or experience.
Minimum of four years of experience in a manufacturing/production/machining environment, with a focus on processing and assembly.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
U.S. Citizenship is required due to government regulations.

Preferred Skills
Completion of a four-year machine shop program or equivalent.
Familiarity with lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and other machine shop equipment.
Experience with precision measurement tools and techniques.
