Duties

Offer retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment Assist clients with skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual needs Stay current with industry trends and advanced techniques such as laser treatments and facial procedures to provide comprehensive skincare solutions Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries professionally

Qualifications

Valid Esthetician license Preferably certification in electrolysis or electrology Experience in retail sales within a salon or spa setting is preferred Knowledge of laser hair removal treatments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a clean work environment Excellent communication skills and professional appearance Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
