Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Electrician / Technician to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field or in natural gas measurement, control, or analysis instrumentation while working alongside skilled professionals. The Apprentice will assist in various tasks related to electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in industrial settings. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and measurement equipment. Support experienced electricians and technicians with troubleshooting issues and performing repairs. Learn to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Utilize precision measuring instruments and calibration tools for accurate assessments. Participate in the installation of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems. Help maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service during field service calls as needed. Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

No experience necessarybut strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. This position starts at entry level with warehouse and material management and will progress to an apprentice position working under Electricians and Instrumentation Technicians. Many advancement and training opportunities will be available.
The pay rate will be $18 to $28 per hour, based upon level of experience. Benefits include
