Electrical Superintendent

Job Description
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will lead field operations for complex electrical scopes on high-tech, mission-critical projects. You'll be responsible for supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining schedule integrity, and delivering quality installations that meet the demanding standards of semiconductor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all electrical field activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and quality
3. Enforce client's safety protocols and conduct daily jobsite inspections and toolbox talks
4. Review electrical drawings, submittals, and RFIs to ensure constructability and compliance
5. Manage look-ahead schedules, manpower forecasts, and material deliveries
6. Lead QA/QC efforts for electrical systems, including inspections and punch list resolution
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of semiconductor, data center or mission-critical experience as a superintendent
2. Proven track record on large-scale commercial, industrial, or semiconductor projects
3. Deep knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and cleanroom electrical standards
4. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
5. OSHA 30 certification required; CPR/First Aid preferred
6. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools a plus
7. Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred but not require
