We are seeking experienced MEP Superintendents to lead project execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development.


This campus-scale deployment represents a rare opportunity to help build the physical backbone of artificial intelligence in one of the fastest-growing hyperscale markets in the country.

Project Location & Travel

The project is located in West Texas, within commuting distance of the Midland-Odessa region Midland-Odessa International Air & Space Port (MAF) serves as the primary airport hub for project travel Relocation, per diem, housing, and travel support are available for qualifying candidates This is a 2-5 year, project-based assignment with long-term stability and continuity

About the Role

GCON is delivering a landmark hyperscale data center campus supporting next-generation AI and cloud infrastructure. This role leads all electrical construction activities for hyperscale data centers supporting AI workloads, including MV/LV power, UPS, generators, and distribution systems. This role provides high visibility, long-term stability, and the opportunity to manage one of the most technically complex construction environments in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Electrical field execution and trade coordination Drive sequencing, schedule milestones, and commissioning readiness Enforce safety and quality standards Partner with Project Management and Commissioning teams

Qualifications

7+ years as an Electrical Superintendent Experience with mission-critical or industrial power systems Strong electrical sequencing and safety leadership Ability to lead large trade workforces Long-term West Texas commitment
