Multiple Pay Plans, Hourly, Flat Rate, Commission + Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

What You'll Do

Lead and complete residential electrical service projects Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members Represent Wagner Mechanical professionally while operating company-provided vehicle Mentor and support junior electricians as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

Valid Journeyman Electrician License Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience Clean driving record and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed

Preferred:

Experience leading or mentoring other electricians Interest in professional growth and continued education
