We're a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor building something serious. We're looking for a strong leader who wants to be part of that growth from the ground up.

The Role

You'll oversee large-scale commercial electrical projects from start to finish. That includes traveling to job sites, managing crews, coordinating schedules, and taking full ownership of project execution. This is primarily a management role, but in rare situations you may need to step in and help the crew--only when absolutely necessary. We need someone who knows the work well enough to immediately recognize when it's done right, when it's done wrong, and how to fix it.

Proven experience managing commercial electrical projects Strong technical knowledge--able to spot quality work and catch mistakes High integrity--someone we can trust to represent the company anywhere Willing and able to travel frequently Strong leadership and communication skills Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and solve problems quickly Self-driven, proactive, and reliable Long-term mindset with real loyalty and accountability Willing to jump in during emergency situations if you're the last one standing

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
