to join our fast-growing electrical team in Georgia. This individual will be responsible for leading commercial and industrial electrical projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate across clients, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects from inception through completion
Manageproject budgets, schedules, labor, and materials to ensure cost-effective execution
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure project requirements are met
Lead, mentor, and support project teams, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience
Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution
Ensure full compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent delays and cost overruns
Track project progress, document milestones, and prepare clear reporting for leadership and stakeholders
Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, trust, and repeat business
Qualifications
7+ years of field experience, with at least 2 years in a project management role
Experience managing commercial and industrial electrical projects strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources
PMP Certification preferred
