Electrical Project Manager

to join our Ventura team and lead high-impact projects from start to finish.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Electrical Project Manager

with a strong track record in

commercial construction

and

educational/college campus projects

. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality and collaboration, and is passionate about delivering results on complex, high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of electrical projects - from planning through closeout Lead project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, architects, and school district stakeholders Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement plans Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and code compliance Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and inspections Mentor junior staff and foster a strong team-oriented jobsite culture Interface directly with clients and educational facility representatives

Required Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience

in electrical project management Proven success on

commercial

and

educational/college campus

projects (

required

) Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and applicable codes Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Ability to work on-site in

Atlanta, GA.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
