We're looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator who loves staying organized, supporting great teams, and keeping projects running smoothly. What You'll Do

Help set up new projects and keep project files organized Assist with submittals, RFIs, drawing updates, and change order tracking Coordinate schedules, meetings, inspections, and material deliveries Support PMs and field teams with logs, reports, and weekly project updates Communicate with vendors to get pricing, lead times, and delivery info Create purchase orders and help track budgets and invoices Maintain jobsite documentation and prep closeout packages Keep communication flowing between office, field, clients, and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of construction admin or project coordination experience (electrical a bonus!) Strong organization and time-management skills Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once Solid communication skills Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word Experience with Vista, Bluebeam, Procore, and/or Fieldwire is a plus Ability to read or learn construction drawings
